When people flee their homes, they often struggle to safely and easily access adequate water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) facilities, endangering their health and survival.
UNHCR refugee global WASH programmes work towards improved the provision and long term access of these lifesaving services by adopting cost efficient technology solutions for refugee camps and encouraging integration of refugee WASH service provision within national structures.
